M&M Dental Lab accepts both physical impressions and digital scan files. For physical cases, use our preferred carriers below to schedule a pickup or drop off at any authorized location.

Schedule a pickup, print a prepaid label, or find a drop-off location near you.

Create a shipment, schedule a pickup, or locate a FedEx drop-off near you.
WeTransfer
Digital FilesSend large STL, OBJ, or ZIP files (up to 2 GB free) directly to [email protected]. Include your patient ID and service type in the transfer message.

Packaging Guide
How to pack your case
Wrap the case
Wrap impressions or models in bubble wrap or foam padding to prevent movement inside the box.
Include the Rx form
Print and include a completed prescription form with patient ID, service type, shade, and tooth number.
Seal and label
Use a sturdy box, seal all edges with packing tape, and affix the carrier label to the top of the package.
Ship to our lab
Drop off at any UPS or FedEx location or schedule a pickup from your practice.

Billing & Payment
Simple, transparent billing
We offer simple, transparent billing with no hidden fees. Invoices are generated automatically when your case is completed.
Credit / Debit Card
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover accepted through our secure portal.
ACH Bank Transfer
Set up direct bank payment for practices with monthly billing accounts.
Net 30 Terms
Available for established accounts with approved credit application. Contact us to apply.
Check
Checks payable to M&M Dental Lab. Please include your account number on the memo line.
Billing FAQ
When am I invoiced?
Invoices are generated automatically when your completed case files are delivered to your portal. Payment is due within 30 days unless you have Net 30 terms.
Are there rush fees?
Yes. Rush orders (same-day or 24-hour turnaround) carry an additional fee depending on the service type. Rush pricing is shown at case submission.
What is your remake policy?
One complimentary revision is included with every case. If a remake is required due to a lab error, there is no charge. Remakes due to changed prescriptions are billed at a reduced rate.
How do I view my invoices?
All invoices are available in your Dentist Portal under the Billing section. You can download PDFs and view payment history at any time.
